Raptor Rescue

Learn about rescue efforts for birds of prey by the Medina Raptor Center. The program, at West Lake Public Library, will include how these birds are rehabilitated, as well as their place in the ecosystem. Baby Shower Fundraiser

Join us to ring in the 2017 baby season by celebrating at a baby shower! Bring a pack of puppy pads to enter our diaper raffle, eat like a bird at the “Tweet Sweet Cafe,” meet and greet with your favorite Educational Ambassadors and join the competition to see who is the favorite, be a baby bird in life sized nests, and many other activities. We hope to see you all there! Admission is free but donations are greatly appreciated!

21st Annual Earth Day Celebration

Join the Medina County Parks District in Celebrating the 21st Annual Earth Day Festival. There will be food and fun for all. They are hosting several workshops throughout the day as well as a morning Globe Trot, kids coloring contest, and a family fishing derby. The Raptor Center will be there with some of our Educational Ambassadors and lots of information about birds of prey! Ashland Public Library Bird of Prey Education Hour
