How You Can Help

There are two main ways you can help. The more common and obvious way is by directly supporting Medina Raptor Center through any or all of the direct help methods described below. The less obvious - and even more important - is to become more environmentally responsible and become good stewards of our ecosystems and resources in our daily lives.

Small things add up. Any and all efforts in recycling, water and energy conservation, habitat preservation and wise resource utilization are good for all living things on this planet. Take charge of how you're affecting the environment, become knowledgeable about how you can improve that, and commit to making the changes necessary. The related links section of this website provides access to various organizations dedicated to improving our environment, ecosystems, and resources. It's not complete by any stretch of the imagination. Use them, seek out others, and then tell us about them. We'd be thrilled to expand our list and learn about your efforts in this area!

Now, for the more direct support of Medina Raptor Center's focused environment and ecosystem improvement efforts.

The Medina Raptor Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. It does not receive any funding from federal, state, or local taxes. We are only able to provide care and rehabilitation services because of your support. Our operating budget is so modest that any generosity you extend is translated directly into the care for the birds.

To provide for our birds we currently utilize the following methods. Please consider helping us in any way you can - donating supplies or money, sponsoring a bird  or arranging for an Education Program geared to your organization's interests.

Donations are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law.
